~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

I used:  #385766

For Background choose the white or the black color 

2. Open your graphic and go to  Selections / Select All

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric Clicado

With the    Tolerance = 0  and  Feather = 0  select this border

With the    flood fill this border with the Gold Patern 

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 5   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Greg Factory ll / Pool Shadow, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

6. Image / Add Borders = 30   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Layers / New Raster Layer

Flood fill this layer with the Gold Pattern

Masks / New / From Image and look for the mask:  ts_mask51

Masks / Delete

 Yes

Selections / Select None

Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen

Repeat the Sharpen effect  3 times

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow , with the settings bellow

Repeat the Drop Shadow effect 4 times

Layers / Merge / Merge All

7. Image / Add Borders = 2   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select None

8. Image / Add Borders = 5   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Greg Factory ll / Pool Shadow, with the same settings from item 5

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the same settings from item 5

9. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Simple / Diamonds

Effects / Blur / Motion Blur

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel , with the settings bellow

Selections Select None

11. Image / Add Borders = 2   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select None

12. Image / Add Borders = 5   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss 

Apply with the default settings

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel , with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

15. Image / Add Borders = 2   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

16. Image / Add Borders = 5   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern
