Jasc Paint Shop Pro
Download its trial version for 30 days ... Here

Plug-in Filter / Filter Factory A
Download it... Here 
Open the zip file and install it into your Plugins folder
 

Download the graphic, the pattern and the corner ...  Here

Open them into PSP

~ Instructions ~

1. Open the graphic and the corner into PSP

For Foreground, choose one color from your graphic and the Pattern Gold

I used:  #571814

For Background choose white

2. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric Clicado

With the    select this border

With the    flood fill with the Gold Patern

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the setting bellow 

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric checked

  Select this border and flood fill with your color

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

  Select this border and flood fill with the Pattern Gold

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric checked

  Select this border and flood fill with your color

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 5     Symmetric checked

  Select this border and flood fill with the Pattern Gold

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Repeat the same Inner Bevel

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 15   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Filter Factory A / Origami, with the settings bellow

Then go to Colors / Solarize, with the settings bellow

And then Colors / Colorize, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

8. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

  Select this border and flood fill with the Pattern Gold

Selections / Select None

9. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric checked

  Select this border and flood fill with your color

Selections / Select None

10. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

  Select this border and flood fill with the Pattern Gold

Selections / Select None

Repeat the same Inner Bevel

Repeat the same Texture

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, using the same settings as in Item 14

Selections / Select None

21. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill with the Pattern Gold

Selections / Select None

22. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill with your color

Selections / Select None

23. Image / Add Borders = 5   Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill with the Pattern Gold

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, using the same settings as in Item 6

Selections / Select None

24. Open your corner tube and  Edit / Copy

Go to the image and  Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge all

Save as JPG and it is done
