1. Open all the files into PSP

For Foreground choose one color from your graphics and the Gold Pattern

Scale = 250 Angle = 0

I used: #7D897D

For Background choose the Black color and the Finished Pattern

Scale = 100 Angle = 0

2. Selections / Select All

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Cutout effects

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the flood fill this border with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill with the black color

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill with the black color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Filter Factory E / Downstairs, with the default settings

Selections / Select None

Select this border and flood fill with the black color

Select this border and flood fill with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

25. Open your corner Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
