Plug-in Filters / Simple

Download it ... Here

Open the zip file and install it into your Plugins folder

Donload the files used ... Here

Open the files into PSP

~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose the black color and the Gold Pattern 1

Scale = 100 Angle = 0

For Background choose the white color and the Gold Pattern 2

Scale = 20 Angle = 0

2. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

Tolerance=0 Feather=0

With the flood fill this border with the Gold Patern 1

Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 6 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern 1

Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 2

Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 20 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern 1

Effects / Texture Effects / Weave, with the settings bellow

Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern 1

Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 2

Selections / Select None

8. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

9. Image / Add Borders = 6 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern 1

Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 2

Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

Selections / Select None

10. Image / Add Borders = 15 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

11. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern 1

Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 2

Selections / Select None

12. Image / Add Borders = 20 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern 2 / Scale = 20

Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 6

But this time, change the light color in Inner Bevel to #COCOCO, light gray

Selections / Select None

13. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern 1

16. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

17. Image / Add Borders = 6 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern 1

Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 2

Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

Selections / Select None

18. Image / Add Borders = 25 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern 1

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Simple / Diamonds

Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 6

But this time, change the light color in Inner Bevel to #COCOCO, light gray

Selections / Select None

19. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
