1. Open your graphics into PSP

For foreground choose a color from your graphics and the Gold Pattern

I used: #AC8E88

For background the color Black and the Pattern2

2. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

With the flood fill this border with the color Black

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Cutout effects

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill with the black color

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Inner Bevel effects

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill with the black color

Selections / Select None

Repeat the Inner Bevel effects

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer
