For Foreground choose one color and Gold Pattern

I used: #9E6C5D

Pattern Scale = 250

For Background choose the Withe color and Black color

2. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the this border with the Black color

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 3 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Black color

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the White color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Flaming Pear / Super Blade Pro / ck-Doiley
