~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I used: #AA8B86

For Background choose the black color and the Color Pattern

2. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the flood fill this border with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Cutout effect

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 6 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 22 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Color Pattern

13. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

14. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

15. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

16. Image / Add Borders = 6 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the same settings from item 4

Selections / Select None

17. Image / Add Borders = 30 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Color Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Visual Manipulation / Transmission, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply the default settings

Repeat the Blend Emboss effect

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Filter Factory E / Downstairs, with the same settings from item 7

Selections / Select None

18. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

19. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds, with the same settings from item 7

Selections / Select None

20. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
