Open the zip file and install it into your Plugins folder

Download the files used ... Here

Open the files into PSP

~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I used: #2F4870

For Background choose the white color

2. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

With the Feather = 0 and Tolerance = 0 Select this border

With the flood fill this border with the Gold Pattern

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Cutout effects

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 2

Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 2

Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 15 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Simple / Half Wrap

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Select this border with the Magic Wand, with the settings bellow

Flood fill it with your color

Effects / Geometric Effects / Spiky Halo, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

Selections / Select None

10. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 2

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

17. Open the corners and do the same process bellow to each one

Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
