Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I used: #BCCBC1

For Background the Black color

2. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

With the Tolerance = 0 and Feather = 0, select this border

With the flood fill this border with the Black color

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Cutout effects

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select None

4.Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

With the Shift key checked, all select the parts in the white color

Flood fill this parts it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss, with the default settings

Repeat the Blend Emboss effects 4 times

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 3 / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select / None

26.Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

27. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

28. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
