Open the zip file and install it into your Plugins folder

Open into PSP

~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I used: #4A233A

For Background choose the white color

2. Resize your graphic with the settings bellow

3. Image / Add Borders = 48 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the flood fill this border with your color

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3d Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

4. Open the .psp frame and Edit / Copy

Go to your graphic and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen

Repeat the Sharpen effect 3 times

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Drop Shadow with Horizontal and Vertical = -1

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 1 Syymmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 5 Syymmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 1 Syymmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

8. Image / Add Borders = 20 Syymmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Kang 3 / Waxing a Lisard, with the settings bellow

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

9. Image / Add Borders = 1 Syymmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

10. Image / Add Borders = 5 Syymmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the same settings from item 6

Selections / Select None

11. Image / Add Borders = 1 Syymmetric checked

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 8

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

14. Image / Add Borders = 5 Syymmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the same settings from item 6

Selections / Select None

15. Image / Add Borders = 1 Syymmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

16. Open the smal corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
