~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground the Black color and the Gold Pattern

Scale = 80 Angle = 0

For Background choose the white color

2. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the flood fill this border with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

3. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the same settings from item 2

4. Image / Add Borders = 25 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the withe color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Simple / Centre Tile

Effects / Blur / Motion Blur

Angle = 45 Intensity = 35 Pixels

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Paint Engine / Bad Brush, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Bad Brush effects 3 times

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the same settings from item 2

Repeat the Bordermania effects

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

8. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the same settings from item 2

Repeat the Bordermania effects

Selections / Select None

9. Image / Add Borders = 30 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the withe color

Layers / New Raster Layer

Flood fill this layer with the Gold Pattern

Masks / New / From Image

Choose the mask: jd-mask130.msk

Masks / Delete

Yes

Selections / Select None

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Drop Shadow effects 4 times

Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen

Layers / Merge / Merge All

10. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

11. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the same settings from item 2

Repeat the Bordermania effects

Selections / Select None

12. Image / Add Borders = 35 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the withe color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FunHouse / Twister

Twistensity = 47

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply with the default settings

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

13. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

14. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

15. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
