1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground the Black color and the Gold Pattern

For Background the white color

2. Selections / Select All

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

With the Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Select this border

With the flood fill this border with the Black color

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the withe color

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds, with the settings bellow

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the withe color

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Gallery Effects: Classic Art / GE Ripple, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Ripple effects 3 times

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4 / Bevel Boss, with the same settings from item 9

Repeat the Bevel Boss effects

Selections / Select None

22. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

23. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

24. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
