1. Open the files into PSP

For Foreground choose one color your graphics and the Gold Pattern

I used: #CBA79B

For Background the Withe and the Black color

2. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

With the flood fill this border with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3d Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Cutout effects

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 10 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Work / Dot Screen

Effects / Plug-in Filters / VM Tolbox / Tiler, with the settings below

Apply the default settings

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 14

Repeat the Inner Bevel effects

Selections / Select None

23. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
