Jasc Paint Shop Pro
Download its trial version for 30 dias ... Here

 

Plug-in Filter / Simple

Download it ...  Here

Open the zip file and install it into your Plugins folder 

 

Plug-in Filter / Eye Candy 4

Download it ...  Here

Open the zip file and install it into your Plugins folder 

 

Download the files used ...    Here

Open the files into PSP

 

 

 

 

~ Instructions ~

 

 

 

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic, copy it and close the original

For Foreground choose the Gold Pattern

For Background choose the white color 

 

 

 

 

2. Duplicate your image and minimize this one

 Effects / Blur / Gaussian Blur / Radius = 40,00

Effects / Noise / Add    

        Noise = 10 % / Uniform checked

Duplicate this image and minimize it

 

3. Selections / Select All

Effects / 3D Effects / Outer Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Modify / Contract 

Number of Pixels = 25

 Layers / New Raster Layer

Active your Gaussian Blur graphic and  Edit / Copy

Go back to your selected graphic and  Edit / Paste / Into Selection

Repeat the Outer Bevel

Selections / Select None

Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow, with the settings bellow

 

 

 

 

 

4. Selections / Select All

Selections / Modify / Contract = 50

 Layers / New Raster Layer

Active your Gaussian Blur graphic and  Edit / Copy

Go back to your selected graphic and  Edit / Paste / Into Selection

Effects / 3D Effects / Outer Bevel with the same settings from item 3

Selections / Select None

Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow with the same settings from item 3

Your work must be like that

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Selections / Select All

Selections / Modify / Contract = 75

 Layers / New Raster Layer

Active your original graphic and  Edit / Copy

Go back to your selected graphic and  Edit / Paste / Into Selection

Effects / 3D Effects / Outer Bevel with the same settings from item 3

Selections / Select None

Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow with the same settings from item 3

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Minimize this graphic

 

6. Active your original photo graphic 

Image / Add Borders = 2       Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Selections / Select All

Active your Gaussian Blur graphic without the photo

Edit / Copy

Go back to your photo graphic

Edit / Paste / Into Selections

Selections / Select None

 

7. Image / Add Borders = 1       Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

 

8. Image / Add Borders = 45       Symmetric Clicado

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Effects / Plug-in Filter / Simple / Half Wrap

Effects / Plug-in Filter / Simple / Diamonds

Effects / Plug-in Filter / Eye Candy 4 / Bevel Boss, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

 

 

 

 

9. Image / Add Borders = 1       Symmetric Clicado

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

 

10. Active your graphic with the 3 frames made in the beggining

Edit / Copy

Go back to your frame

Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow with the same settings from item 3

Repeat the Drop Shadow effect

Layers / Merge / Merge All

 

11. Open the corner and   Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and  Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the sides corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

 

Salve as JPG and it is done
