1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

Scale = 100 Angle = 0

I used: #264035

For Background, the Withe color

2. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0

With the flood fill this border with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it white the withe color

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it white the withe color

Selections / Select None

Repeat the Swirl effects

Select this border and flood fill it white the withe color

Selections / Select None

11. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 5

Selections / Select None

12. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it white the withe color

Selections / Select None

13. Image / Add Borders = 25 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Layers / New Raster Layer

Flood fill this layer with the Gold Pattern

Scale = 100 Angle = 0

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Edge Works / Woodcut, with the settings bellow

In the Layers Pallete, lower the opacity of that layer for 40

Layers Merge / Merge All

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4 / Cutout, with the same settings from item 9

Selections / Select None

14. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

15. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select None

16. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it white the withe color

Selections / Select None

Colors / Colorize, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4 / Bevel Boss, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Bevel Boss effects

Selections / Select None

22. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

23. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
