1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic
For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern
I used: #B89283
For Background choose the white or the black color and the Pink Pattern

Select this border and flood fill it with the Pink Pattern

Do the same with the big corner
Layers / Merge / Merge All
Save as JPG and it is done
