1. Open the files into PSP

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I uses:  #99675D

For Background choose the white or black color and the  Pattern 2

2. Image / Add Borders = 1    Symmetric Checked

With the    select this border

With the    flood fill it with the Black color

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1    Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 3    Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 1    Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 4    Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Tolerance = 18     Feather = 0

Flood fill these selections with your color

Selections / Modify / Contract

Number of Pixels = 30

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 17

Selections / Select None

26. Image / Add Borders = 1    Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

27. Image / Add Borders = 1    Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

28. Open the small corner and   Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and  Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Salve as JPG and it is done
