~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I used the color: #7C170F

For Background choose the white color

2. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

With the Tolerance = 0 Feather = 0 Select this border

With the flood fill this border with the Gold Patern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Pixel Shade

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the setting bellow

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the setting bellow

3. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select / None

4. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Pixel Shade

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

5. Image / Add Borders = 18 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / VM Distortion / Center Mirror, with the settings bellow

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Pixel Shade

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

7. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select / None

8. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Pixel Shade

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

9. Image / Add Borders = 23 Symmetric checked

With the white color

Select this border

Layers / New Raster Layer

Flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Masks / New / From Image

Look for the Mask: d-mask12.msk

Masks / Delete

Yes

Selections / Select None

Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen

Repeat the Sharpen 3 times

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Drop Shadow effect 4 times

Layers / Merge / Merge All

10. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Pixel Shade

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

11. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select / None

12. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Pixel Shade

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

13. Image / Add Borders = 30 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / DSB Flux / Radial Transmission, with the settings bellow

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 5

Selections / Select None

14. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Pixel Shade

15. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
