Open the files into PSP

~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I used: #6A1204

For Background choose the white or the black color

2. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the flood fill this border with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 4 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Dot Screen

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Inner Bevel effects

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 24 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Floral Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Redfield / Latice Composer, with the settings bellow

Colors / Colorize, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply with the default settings

Repeat the Blend Emboss effects

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4 / Bevel Boss, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

8. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

9. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Dot Screen

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 5

Repeat the Inner Bevel effects

Selections / Select None

10. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

11. Image / Add Borders = 28 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Texture Effects / Fine Leather, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4 / Bevel Boss, with the same settings from item 7

Selections / Select None

12. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

13. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Dot Screen

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 5

Selections / Select None

14. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

15. Image / Add Borders = 32 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Effects / Artistic Effects / Brush Strokes, with the settings bellow

Colors / Colorize, with the same settings from item 7

Repeat the Brush Strokes effects

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4 / Bevel Boss, with the same settings from item 7

Selections / Select None

16. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

17. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Works / Dot Screen

Selections / Select None

18. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
