1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

Scale = 250    Angle = 180

For Background choose the white or the black color 

2. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric Checked

With the    select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the    flood fill this border with the White color

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Cutout effects

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 5     Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 5     Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the same settings from item 3

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 20     Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Blinds effects and this time Horizontal checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Withe color
