1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic
For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern
I used: #73242F
For Background choose the white or the black color

2. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color
Selections / Select None
5. Image / Add Borders = 30 Symmetric checked
Select this border and flood fill it with the black color
Effects / 3d Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow
Selections /Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked
Select this border and flood fill it with your color
Selections / Select None
7. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked
Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Look for the mask: mask.jpg

Apply the default settings
Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
Layers / Merge / Merge All
Keep it selected
Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

12. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy
Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer
Edit / Copy
Image / Mirror
Edit / Copy
Image / Flip
Edit / Copy
Image / Mirror
Do the same with the second small corner and the big corner
Layers / Merge / Merge All
Save as JPG and it is done
