Open the files into PSP

~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I used: #323C55

For Background choose the white or the black color

2. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

With the select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the flood fill this border with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 10 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Greg Factory ll / Pool Shadow, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 23 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Enki`s Filters / Wallpaper Deluxe, with the settings bellow

Colors / Colorize, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply the default settings

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

8. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

9. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

10. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 3

Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

Selections / Select None

11. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

16. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 3

Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

Selections / Select None

18. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

19. Image / Add Borders = 32 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Tronds Filters / Weirdoo, with the settings bellow

Colors / Colorize, with the same settings from item 7

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply the default settings

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 7

Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

Selections / Select None

20. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

21. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
