Open the files into PSP

~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I used: #42587C

Scale = 100 Angle = 0

For Background choose the white color

2. Selections / Select All

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the flood fill this border with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 22 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Noise = 10 Uniform checked

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Greg Factory ll / Pool Shadow, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 10 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Johann`s Filters / Blurred Mesh, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Blurred Mesh effect

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 25 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Layers / New Raster Layer

Flood fill this layer with the Gold Pattern

Masks / New / From Image

Look for the mask: kc044.jpg

Masks / Delete

Yes

Selections / Select None

Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Drop Shadow effect

Layers / Merge / Merge All

7. Image / Add Borders = 30 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Krusty`s Fx Vol. lll / Radial Texturizer, with the settings bellow

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Krusty`s effect but with the new settings bellow

Selections / Select None

8. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the same settings from item 3

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the same settings from item 2

Selections / Select None

9. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
