1. Open the files into PSP 

Choose two colors from your graphics of the same tone

For Foreground color light: #F1E9C0

For Background a darker color: #C8A875

2. Image / Add Borders = 5   Symmetric Checked

With the    select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the    flood fill this border with the Dark color 

Selections / Select / None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

3. To change the colors in Styles Palette

Image / Add Borders = 20   Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Light color 

  Effects / Noise Add = 5

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Greg FactoryII /Pool Shadow, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select / None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Light color 

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Dark color 

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Light color 

Selections / Select None

 18. Image / Add Borders = 30   Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Light color 

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Greg FactoryII /Pool Shadow, with the same settings from item 3

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Two Moon / VerticalRipplie, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply the default settings

Repeat the Blend Emboss effects

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 10

Repeat the Inner Bevel effects

Selections / Select None

19. Image / Add Borders = 1   Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Dark color 

Selections / Select None

20. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and  Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
