For Foreground the Gradiente jmtan and the Black color

For Background the White color and the Gold Pattern

Scale = 60 Angle = 0

2. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

Tolerance e Feather = 0

With the flood fill this border with the Black color

Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the jmtan Gradient

Effects / Noise / Add

Noise = 10 Uniform. Checked

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Inner Bevel effects

26. Open your corner Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
