~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

Scale = 80 Angle = 0

I used: #3F3C5B

For Background choose the white color

2. Image / Add Bordes = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame2, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Bordes = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Bordes = 15 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Almathera / A Halo, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Bordes = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame2, with the same settings from item 2

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Bordes = 15 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Fantastic Machines / Paint Engine, with the settings bellow

Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen

Repeat the Sharpen effefcts 3 times

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Almathera / A Halo, with the same settings from item 4

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Bordes = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Selections / Select None

8. Image / Add Bordes = 25 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Layers / New Raster Layer

Flood fill this layer it with your color

Masks / New / From Image

Masks / Delete

Yes

Selections / Select None

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Drop Shadow effects

Layers / Merge / Merge All

9. Image / Add Bordes = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame2, with the same settings from item 2

10. Image / Add Bordes = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Filter Factory M / Picasso`s Last Word, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply with the default settings

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 8

Selections / Select None

14. Image / Add Bordes = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

15. Image / Add Bordes = 5 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame2, with the same settings from item 2

Selections / Select None

16. Image / Add Bordes = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

17. Open your corner Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge / Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
