~ Instructions ~

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose the Black color and the Gold Patten

Scale = 250 Angle = 0

For Background choose the White color

2. Selections / Select All

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Cutout effects

Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

With the select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the flood fill this border with the Black color

Selections / Select None

4. Image / Add Borders = 2 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Simple / Centre Tile

Selections / Select None

5. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Black color

Selections / Select None

6. Image / Add Borders = 10 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Simple / Centre Tile

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Inner Bevel effects

Selections / Select None

7. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Black color

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Selections / Select None

13. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the Black color

Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Bordermania / Frame 2, with the settings bellow

15. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Selections / Select None

16. Image / Add Borders = 25 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Layers / New Raster Layer

Flood fill the Gold Pattern

Masks / New / From Image

Choose the Mask: gradual squares mask

Masks / Delete

Selections / Select None

In the Layer Palette, on the right side, click on the arrow and choose Dissolve

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Drop Shadow effect 4 time

Layers / Merge / Merge All

17. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the white color

Selections / Select None

18. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

28. Open the corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Image / Flip

Edit / Copy

Image / Mirror

Do the same with the big corner

Layers / Merge /Merge All

Save as JPG and it is done
