~ Instructions ~

 

1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I used:  #86A9AD 

For Background choose the black color and the Color Pattern

 

 

 

 

2. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric Checked

With the    select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the    Flood fill this border with the Gold Pattern 

 Selections / Invert

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Repeat the Cutout effect

Selections / Select None

 

 

 

 

3. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

 

4. Image / Add Borders = 3     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

 

 

 

 

5. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

 

6. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

 

7. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

 

8. Image / Add Borders = 5     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 4

Selections / Select None

 

9. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

Selections / Select None

 

10. Image / Add Borders = 22     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the Color Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / UnPlugged Shapes / Spokes, with the settings bellow

Layers / New Raster Layer

Flood fill this layer with your color

In the Layer Palette, put this layer in the Multiply way

Layer / Merge / Merge All

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply the default settings

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

 

 

 

 

 

 

11. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

 Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

16. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

 Select this border and flood fill it with the black color

 Select this border and flood fill it with the Color Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Two Moon / Wish it Would Rain, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply the default settings

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 10

 Select this border and flood fill it with your color

Effects / Plug-in Filters / UnPlugged Tools / Spice Dots, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply the default settings

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FFilter Factory E / Downstairs, with the settings bellow

corner and   Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and  Edit / Paste / As New Layer

Layers / Merge / Merge All
