1. Open the files into PSP 

For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern

I used:  #AB6659 

For Background choose the white color and the black color

 

 

 

 

2. Selections / Select All

Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

 

 

 

 

3. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric Checked

With the    select this border

Tolerance and Feather = 0

With the    flood fill this border with the Black color

Selections / Select None

 

4. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Selections / Select None

 

5. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the black color  

Selections / Select None

 

6. Image / Add Borders = 5     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Work / Point Array

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow

Selections / Select None

 

 

 

 

7. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the black color  

Selections / Select None

 

8. Image / Add Borders = 5     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with your color 

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screen Work / Point Array

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the same settings from item 6

Selections / Select None

 

9. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the black color  

Selections / Select None

 

10. Image / Add Borders = 20     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with your color 

Effects / Plug-in Filters / VM Toolbox / Zoom Blur, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply the default settings

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4 / Cutout, with the settings bellow

Effects / Plug-in Filters / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss

Apply the default settings

Repeat the Blend Emboss effect

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4 / Cutout, with the same settings from item 10

Repeat the Cutout effect

Selections / Select None

 Select this border and flood fill it with the black color  

Selections / Select None

 

19. Image / Add Borders = 1     Symmetric checked

 Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern

20. Open the small corner and Edit / Copy

Go to the frame and  Edit / Paste / As New Layer
